VIU International students

Advising Information for New Students

Congratulations, if you have landed on this page it is because you have been accepted to VIU!

At VIU, we want to help students be as successful as they can be. We have found that the more prepared students are, the more successful they can be. The online course below, International Ready, Set, Go is here to help you be more prepared for the realities of being a student at Vancouver Island University. This course is intended for academic undergraduate students.

If you would like to contact one of our advisors for questions regarding academic, immigration and counselling our team is here to help you all year round. Studying at a foreign university is a challenging and rewarding experience. VIU has six International Student Advisors who provide international students with the support necessary to achieve their educational goals and have a successful study experience.
